About Me

I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a background in mechanical engineering, which might sound like an unexpected combination, but it’s exactly what shapes the way I coach.

I didn’t just stumble into this path. I chose it.
After years of being immersed in fitness, athletics, and problem-solving, I realized I wanted a career that felt more meaningful; one that allowed me to help people achieve things they once thought were out of reach.

I grew up playing sports and still carry that competitive drive today, whether I’m training for endurance events or competing in auto racing. That experience taught me discipline, resilience, and how to push limits, but also how important it is to have the right support system along the way.

That’s exactly what I aim to be for my clients.

I believe coaching should feel like a safe space: somewhere you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, while still being challenged to grow. I’ll meet you where you’re at, but I won’t let you stay there if you’re capable of more (and you are).

My approach is rooted in sustainability. I’m not here to hand you a short-term fix, I’m here to help you build something that actually lasts. That means creating structure, building habits, and giving you the tools and confidence to succeed long after our time working together.

And yes, I fully believe you can have your cake (or ice cream) and eat it too.
You don’t have to eliminate the foods you love to achieve your goals. Progress doesn’t come from restriction. It comes from balance and consistency and understanding how to make it all work for your life.
